Q&A with Amit

What’s the common thread that runs through your career?

I’ve always been willing to boldly follow my curiosity. When I began to focus on Internet and Digital media when I began my career at J.P. Morgan, other members of the bank didn’t hide their skepticism at the new sector and its foreign business models. Doing so was one of the best decisions of my career!

What’s one of your superpowers?

Listening deeply to an issue and aiding an individual or small group to work through it to solution.

A book you commonly gift to people?

The two books I most often gift are (1) The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, and Kaley Klemp and (2) The Outsiders by William Thorndike.

In your spare time?

I love to lift weights, play basketball, engage in self-reflection, and play with my baby daughter.
